We are now offering the following
benefits to employees of
PROFESSIONAL STAFFING SERVICES!
INSURANCE
Any employee of PROFESSIONAL STAFFING SERVICES
(actively working or between assignments) will
be able to obtain insurance through our carrier
at extremely attractive rates! UNLIKE SOME OF
THE OTHER AGENCIES, we provide immediate
eligibility. UNLIKE SOME OF THE OTHER AGENCIES,
we will not reduce your pay to cover the
insurance costs.
After 1,000 working hours with
PROFESSIONAL STAFFING SERVICES, we will
contribute $50 per month* toward your insurance
costs. In addition to this, we will also
reimburse you $50 per month*(maximum $300) for
your previous insurance costs! These benefits
apply only to those using our insurance carrier.
*Requires a minimum of 150 hours
worked during the month.
REFERRAL
PROGRAM
Our referral program is simple: You refer a new
employee to us and we will pay you $250 after
they work 400 hours! UNLIKE SOME OF THE OTHER
AGENCIES, the amount earned and the number of
hours to qualify for a referral do not vary.
401K
PLAN
To participate, you must have been credited with
1,000 or more hours of service during the twelve
month period beginning with the date you first
worked for PROFESSIONAL STAFFING SERVICES.
UNLIKE SOME OF THE OTHER AGENCIES, PROFESSIONAL
STAFFING SERVICES provides matching funds for
your contributions!
DIRECT
DEPOSIT
UNLIKE SOME OF THE OTHER AGENCIES, your paycheck
is cut the FIRST business day following the end
of the pay week. You have the option of having
your paycheck direct deposited. Your check will
be in your account by the end of the second
business day.
BONUS
DAYS
PROFESSIONAL STAFFING SERVICES also offers bonus
days that can be used for holiday pay or down
time days. Once you qualify at 500 hours, you
will receive one bonus day for each additional
160 hours worked.
CREDIT
UNION
AVAILABLE TO ALL EMPLOYEES - the opportunity to
join a national credit union! Benefits include
free checking, on-line banking, 24 hour loan by
phone, free 24 hour ATM, plus much more.
Some agencies may force you to
choose one benefit over another, or may reduce
your pay rate to cover their costs. We don't! At
